The property was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, from arranging restaurant reservations to organizing transportation and wine tours. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great addition and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax in the afternoon, offering a mix of complimentary and to-order food and drinks options.
Although the hotel offered a shuttle service, the location was a bit far from the center of town, requiring a 15-20 minute walk. Additionally, the half-day wine tour we booked through the hotel didn't quite live up to our expectations, as it was rushed and many vineyards had their final tastings starting late in the day, limiting our experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Country House & Villas. The room was spacious and well-fitted out, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel grounds were stunning, with beautiful gardens and architecture. The hot water bottles in bed at night were a lovely touch, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. The complimentary shuttle service into town was convenient and the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfasts served in the manor house were delicious with a great selection. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. The reading lights in the room were not suitable for reading and I had to hold the light close to my book in order to read comfortably.

Gorgeous place with impeccable gardens and outstanding service. The two pools were amazing, and the food was delicious. We got a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. In addition, they provided us with complimentary wine and cheese tastings and transport to the nearby wine tram stop.
There was no spa, and the treatment room was already fully booked during our stay. Additionally, the location may not be optimal for those who want to be in the middle of town as it was on the outskirts and required transport for dining options.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect for exploring the wineries. The staff treated us like royalty, providing top-notch service from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out.
The morning meal could have been better if they offered more vegetarian options.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel nestled in a picturesque village. The stunning gardens and beautiful buildings created a romantic atmosphere. We loved relaxing by the two pools, one heated for cooler days and the other cool for hot summer days. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and our garden cottage was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. a lovely experience.
The only downside was the slightly remote location, which required using the hotel's shuttle service to get around.

The restaurant was very good, and having another option, The Village Grill, next door was convenient. Free transfer service to wineries for food was a bonus. The service was perfect, and they accommodated dietary preferences. The villa suite was spacious and had a large balcony.
Felt very happy, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in a quiet and relaxed garden on the edge of town. The restaurant, located upstairs in the manor house, offered a lovely atmosphere with views to the Cape. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, with spacious balconies and seating areas. The service was incredible, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options.
The alternative room offered was noisy as it was located by the road.
