I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Franschhoek. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, surrounded by wineries and with a lovely restaurant nearby, was perfect. The hotel is situated in a quiet and relaxed garden on the edge of town. The breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the restaurant, which offers first-class dining. The staff at the hotel were attentive and made my stay truly enjoyable.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We were upgraded to a villa suite which was large and luxurious and we appreciated this very much. The shuttle taxi to local restaurants is great and it comes back to collect you too.

The beds and bathroom in the standard deluxe room were not of 5 star standard but hotel upgraded us so that was good service.

The food was outstanding.

We felt that the bath and shower in our room were small for a luxury room in a 5 star guest house. We also felt that other people could see into the room very easily.

We had a fantastic stay at Franschhoek! The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the muesli, cheeses, and fruit. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and valued. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a large suite in one of the Villas, at a price you can pay for a pokey room elsewhere. Large garden with pool Excellent restaurant too

Gorgeous place with impeccable gardens and outstanding service. The two pools were amazing, and the food was delicious. We got a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. In addition, they provided us with complimentary wine and cheese tastings and transport to the nearby wine tram stop.

There was no spa, and the treatment room was already fully booked during our stay. Additionally, the location may not be optimal for those who want to be in the middle of town as it was on the outskirts and required transport for dining options.

The service was impeccible. They upgraded us to a larger room. The room was beautiful and had a 2nd floor balcony. We had a mountain view. Anything we wanted the staff worked hard to fulfill. The breakfast was included and was a wonderful breakfast with a view. The restaurant on site was great too. We cannot wait go back!

The breakfast selection was delicious, especially the muesli and fruit. The pool area was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink and cheese board. The personal touch of setting up a cot for our toddler was much appreciated. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

My wife was inlove with the style of the hotel.

The bathroom was very old and for what you paid- we stayed as 4 other places through the winelands and the bath forsure not up to standard with price almost double then others

Relaxation mode on! From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed a warm welcome. The attention to detail was remarkable, with free upgrades and a pleasant tour of the suite. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold dishes, and the cold bottles of water by the pool were so refreshing. The gardens were breathtaking, and there was a charming restaurant with a nice range of wines.

We did not stay long enough! We made the mistake of only staying two nights and wished we could have extended our stay.
